- “Agent/Owner” refers to Users posting property Listings
- “Buyer/Tenant” refers to Users searching for or engaging with Listings
- “Services” refers to all features, tools, and services provided by the Platform
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have legal capacity under applicable laws
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Comply with all local, national, and international laws
We reserve the right to refuse access at our discretion.
4. Account Registration & Security
- Certain features require account registration
- You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activity under your account
- You must immediately notify us of unauthorized use
We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised accounts.
5. Listings & User Content

- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Investigate suspicious or fraudulent activity
6. No Agency or Brokerage Relationship
The Platform operates strictly as an intermediary technology provider.
We:
- Are not a real estate broker, agent, or fiduciary
- Do not verify ownership, pricing, or listing accuracy
- Do not participate in transactions between Users
All transactions are conducted at the Users’ own risk.
7. Payments, Fees & Commissions
7.1 Fees
Certain features may require payment, including:
- Premium Listings
- Advertising services
- Subscription plans
All fees are displayed prior to purchase.
7.2 Payment Terms
- Payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated
- Users are responsible for applicable taxes
- We may use third-party payment providers
8. KYC, AML & Verification
To comply with international regulations, we may require:

- Proof of ownership or authorization

Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
9. User Conduct

- Users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

12. Property Disclaimer
We do not guarantee:
